I've been with my boyfriend for 8 months. When we got together he had a clear focus on his life goals, and he also had a job while working towards it. In January he lost his job, and now he has no career goals. I'm supposed to be saving for uni this year, and I have very little, since when I travel to see him (we live 2 hours apart, and I do 99% of the travelling) I have to buy the food and anything else we want to do. We go for walks and other things, but I have a joint condition which can limit things like walks to a certain degree. I've spent about £700 alone since April. I helped him get another job, but he then decides to go out with his friends, which I wouldn't mind, if he saved even £30 for when I see him, because it costs a fair bit to get to his job. I like being with him, but I feel that the money situation is getting too out of hand, and I'm desperately unhappy. I just don't know what to do :'( x
