Should I ask her for coffee even though I don't know her name or anything about her?

Well she works in my local charity shop, and she may not be working there for much longer, I think she only works on Saturdays, today I had an very brief conversation with her, which didn't establish much, except I know she's doing her A levels, which means I'm only a year older. So I wondered despite not knowing her name or anything else about her, should I bite the bullet and ask her for a coffee? Yes I might get rejected I mean she doesn't know me, but if I walk in there one day and she no longer works there, I wonder forever what might have been
