MEN: Does it ever come back?

I saw this posted in another thread and it made me curious. When men are forced into a sexless state it can never come back the way it was. Basically saying that even if the woman gets her drive back and is initiating and showing him he's desired on a regular basis,the man's previous sexual appetite for her will never return to that state. Is this the case?Or is time and proof of improvement by her actions (initiating) enough to bring him back from his sexual coma?
