Wondering if anyone has any experience and/or insight into this. I have extremely low self-esteem and have had problems with self-harming etc probably related to home problems... I find it suffocating to communicate with anyone for any extended period of time and building friendships creates the most overwhelming sense of dread but at the same time I am still a social animal. I am constantly suspecting that the other person is only talking out of a sense of obligation etc. What can be done? | |||
