WS: multi-personality or character flaw

I was talking to my stbxw and I told her that I've noticed that she has multi-personality. She is in mid-thirties. She told me that she has noticed her multi-personality which are as follows: 1. With her parents she behaves like a kid. 2. and then she also likes flirting and having fun like a teenager. 3. Suddenly she behaves like a mature woman, talking about career growth etc. 4. And then she behaves like a mother talking about health of the family members, finance etc. So I would like to know is it multi-personality or a character flaw !!!
