Any notion of me getting married is a long way off yet but it is something that I would like to do in the future. It's hard to put my finger on why exactly, but I know that it is what I want. I'm not religious whatsoever and would feel like a hypocrite having a traditionally religious ceremony in a church (although I do think churches are beautiful and are aesthetically amazing wedding venues...) with vows that I don't feel would apply to my ideal relationship (honour and obey?). But most weddings that I have been to (admittedly not many!) have been in churches with vicars - what kind of options are there for the "non believers"? I'll be really sad if I have to go into some dowdy registry office haha. Like I say, this is of no immediate concern as I'm still very young, but I've not had much to do today and I've been wondering!
Put the internet to work for you.
