So basically, is it ever okay to tell a girl, who you have known for many years, that you love her? Being pretty good friends that have had a history of "flings".
I am also going to add that she has possibly liked other people over the years but nothing too serious has come out of it (like dating them (kind of)), as well as the girl currently being in a situation with another guy that she may not see as often for the coming years - the situation does not involve kissing of any sort but just small contact with each other like resting on one's shoulder.
Background info: In Year 11 and could possibly go to the same Sixth Form as this girl.
Yes, I plan on telling this person.
Of course, one cannot compress all the information down but this is the general idea of what may and is to be. But please answer the general question of "is it right to tell a girl you love her?"
