Short but not-so sweet issue.

Like the thread title says, I'll keep it short. Current girlfriend, of about 11 months. Love her to bits. Jealousy really starting to kick in. Examples of getting jealous, doesn't reply to my texts but talks to other guy, ends up looking across room at other guy before and after we're about to kiss, and mid way through conversation jumps to other guys conversation, before finishing it and allowing me to carry on with what I was saying to her, at which point I've lost my train of thought. Don't know how to talk to her because I feel as if I'm in the wrong/don't want to come across as controlling or restricting in any way or form, but it's driving me insane. Advice greatly appreciated.
