Surely she is interested..but no contact yet

Ok so last Wed and Thurs I went on a little road trip to the south coast from London with a friend. On the Thurs night, before we had to drive back we were just chilling on the beach at about midnight when a couple of girls started talking to us. Find out they came from South America and have been here 3 months and are gonna be here for another 6, studying. Long story short - one of them really liked me and we ended up kissing and basically having DRY sex (ie. with clothes on) for what must have been a couple of hours or so, by the beach....unfortunately we couldnt take it further as there was nowhere proper to go and a couple of other obstacles....anyway she said she comes to London every few weeks and would be coming next week, so we thought it was best to wait till then to meet up again. Thing is she said she will drop me a message on FB when she is coming when I asked for her number to arrange it (I had found her profile on my phone while we were together), I didn't see her use any mobile whatsoever that whole time either. When I got back home on the Fri morning I added her and dropped her a message...but she hasnt even accepted it or sent anything back. Looks like she hardly uses it as she only made her account a few months ago and only a few updates with a total of 30 friends. It was all good having a bit of fun by the beach, but well it feels like I got to sample the goods but not get the proper thing. She was VERY into it, and I would like to see her again to finish what we started, but also just to chill with her more as we got on pretty well conversation wise, and she kept laughing and saying how funny I was. Im just confused as surely she would just go online and get in contact if she was into me....or maybe I am over analyzing and she will when she is actually coming. Another thing is the last person that made the first move to kiss me on the first day we met was another girl from South America (I love latina girls) who I ended up falling in love with and we were in a LDR for a few years, it ultimately didnt work out but it showed me when a girl makes the first move like that, then she really is into the guy. Can't see that happening again this time (LDR etc) but would like to see how it develops...just confused why girls do these kinda things!
