I would still consider myself Muslim despite having sex, drinking etc because, fundamentally, I believe in God and the 5 pillars. For me, Islam doesn't need to be more complicated than that.
My question to you, Muslims on TSR, is: How seriously do you feel about virginity? In my (and many others') opinion(s), virginity was invented to commodify women. I'm not - by any means - a feminist, but you hear all the time about "purity" and "virgin brides" etc.
What are your thoughts on the matter?
