I have been having text arguments with an ex recently. He has been winding me up and saying things to provoke me so obviously i am not going to be nice back. He has taken screenshots of parts of our conversation and telling me he is tempted to post it on facebook. I told him if he did that then I will tell people personal things about him he wouldnt want people to know. He then tells me im a sick **** and i am disgusting for saying that... I asked him to promise me he post about me on facebook and he said "you won't know" (he has blocked me on facebook). I am now quite worried.. we don't have mutual friends so I can't check if he has actually been posting about me. Is there anything I can do?? I am so frustrated :(
