After work, a few groups of work colleagues met up in a local pub. I was one of the last ones to turn up and there was about 15 around two tables. There was one woman there around my age and throughout the following three hours she didn't make eye contact and didn't initiate any communication with me. Yet, everybody else there had at least some communication with me.
