All this loss of sleep is due to one particular website. Tinychat.
so for the past 2 weeks (School time), I have been going to sleep at 2:40am average and sometimes going to bed at like 4am (probably 2 times) and always waking up at 7am (due to school) so I have always been up with little sleep and I got used to it. Then last week I slept for like 16 hours (4pm when I got back from school until the next morning at 7am) then I had the weekend where average 2am and waking up at 11am which was okay.
Then Tuesday, I went to sleep at 3am and woke up at 7am so when I got back from school I was really tired and wanted to sleep PLUS this was my last day AT school (Holidays started pretty late) but somehow I found myself going online. I was up until 5AM!!! I didnt put an alarm and this is always the worst decision for myself even if i dont have school. I have now woken up at 20:00 so I have slept through an entire Wednesday for about 15 hours and I am not sure what to do.
I really want to get my sleeping pattern back to normal with going to bed at 12pm/1am and waking up at around 10/9am since it is the holidays now. HELP ME PLEASE!! I dont know even how long I will be up now since I didnt have Wednesday!
The reason nobody is able to check if I'm sleeping or not is because my room has a key which is always locked.
