I don't know how to overcome this problem...

Hi

So i was bullied for several years and had very few friends through secondary school, now i have moved schools (different 6th form)

I am now in year 13 and coming to the end.

Everyone is fine here and i dont get picked on...

However, i am still very effected by this and struggle to be my self.

I am very self conscious and linked in with me being introvert i struggle to make friends.

Every social situation i am in is awkward.

Any help?
