| I have been with my bf for about a year and a half. About 6 months ago i came off the pill because it dropped my sex drive really low (and had lots of other unwanted side effects) I wanted to have sex (not being horny but wanting to have it anyway) but physically it really wouldnt work and started to hurt partly because of me, partly because my bf is pretty big. I would also get flashes of being in the mood, but a minute later it would be gone, it never lasted long. I switched pill and although my sex drive has been shaky, its returning slowly. However now, although i have no problem getting turned on either physically or mentally, when it gets to the actual sex bit, i just suddenly dont want to any more. Then once being mentally turned on goes, being physically turned on goes too and then its uncomfortable again. The problem is not my bf, i love him so much and find him extremely attractive. I wouldnt even look at another man. has anyone been in this situation before? I'm guessing my lack of enthusiasm when it comes to penetration now is caused by the pain and discomfort.
