It started 2 years ago. I developed a crush on a friend and eventually worked up the courage to tell her after 10 months of lusting from afar. What I didn't realise was that she already had a girlfriend. I was shot down. We agreed to stay friends and I promised to try and get over her. Shortly after, I began crushing on my close friend. I took this to mean that I was over the first girl. This crush on my close friend has lasted for about 11 months.
I was asked by my friend a short while ago why I fancied the second girl and when I couldn't think of a reason, she pointed out that the second girl looks really similar to the first girl. They look so similar that teachers constantly get their names mixed up.
That's when it hit me. I do have a small crush on my close friend who is the second girl but I have really fallen for the first one and I'm definitely not over her. I get jealous when I see her with her girlfriend and I stare at her in class all the time. I'm always really sweaty nervous and blushy around her too.
It's been two years and I'm fed up. How can I get over her? Nothing on the internet is working
