Scenario is:
You like a guy, and he clearly likes you. Unfortunately you have a lot going on in your personal life with family problems, their health etc that quite simply you have had other priorities, than to go out with this guy and get to know him. You had to cancel a few 'dates' due to this, which made the guy think you were actually just playing games.
You have told him that you don't feel its right to get too close to someone right now as you don't want to dump all of your drama on to them too, so would prefer if he waited till things got better/more stable.
This guy wants to know exactly what's going on as he wants to help but you are reluctant to give too much away, and would prefer to deal with it with family/friends.
Would you like it or dislike it if this guy gave you some space, but then a few days later randomly appeared at a train station he knew you would go to to go home? His reason would be that he was worried about you as you are going through a tough time but not giving anything away, and more importantly he wanted to apologise for not being understanding at the start. Would you think 'Wow this guy really cares about me'?
Or would it be a better option to cut ALL contact until you were ready to talk to him again?
