girls are not asking me out out? what am i doing wrong?

so i dress nicely, go to the gym 3 times/week, smell very nice, am very polite and i maintain eye contact with the girls who are into me but so far i haven't had a single girl ask me out. please tell me what i'm doing wrong. do i need to go to the gym more? change my hairstyle or fashion style ? please help, ty :(
