Basically I just thought I'd make a thread to get some advice on a problem I'm having, and hopefully if anyone else has the same problem they can benefit as well.
The situation is this, I used to live in Derby in England but have since lived in Belfast, Northern Ireland, for the past 8-9 years.
My girlfriend of 3 years who I could really see myself having a future with, is fairly happy here, and doesn't really want to move, at least not in the foreseeable future anyway.
The problem is I'm not really happy here anymore, I miss England, I miss my hometown and most importantly miss all my old friends who I still keep in touch with.
I've thought about moving back for a while but never really did (due to being at a good college and jobs that came up here) but I'm really starting to consider moving back.
I guess what I'm asking is what do you guys think? I don't want to leave her but she has no intention of moving, its a tough one, but I worry that if I stay here in future I might become unhappy which may put strain on the relationship,
