Girls who are logical - turn off?

I'm a girl, and pretty feminine in the way I dress/my hobbies etc. but people are often surprised I'm not more emotional. I'm extroverted and sociable so find it easy to make friends and aren't exactly stoic, but I've always been more of a "thinking" than "feeling" type person and being logical seems to be a turn off to a lot of guys.

Sometimes I find it hard to express how I really feel about a guy, which doesn't help the problem. With previous boyfriends, often they've said stuff and I've just given really down to earth, matter of fact (not blunt), and practical replies which they've seemed surprised by. A lot of the time their reaction is like "that's not what I expected you to say..." I feel like what I'm saying to them is too rational.

I don't have trouble telling someone I love them if I do or being all touchy feely right from the get go, I just feel like it's often difficult to coo endlessly over someone when you don't know them all that well. I have quite a high sex drive too, and it seems to make guys awkward when I tell them how attractive I find them, even if I'm just being honest. I'm pretty tactful, but I can't hide my rational way of thinking all the time. I often attract the sensitive types and sometimes I feel like I'm "the guy" in the relationship.

How can I get more in touch with my feelings/prevent my logical side from turning guys off? I'm not exactly Sheldon Cooper but this is hindering my relationships a bit :)
