My brother has just told me that his girlfriend is pregnant. She is 17 and he is 24. This announcement could ruin our already fragile family. They have been going out only a few months and neither have substantial or secure jobs. He lives with us at home but we don't much money and neither does her family. I am going off to uni in September and know my mum will get really angry when she finds out. My brother's girlfriend doesn't look like she will get rid of the baby despite it having no stable home or secure finance. I don't know what to do and I don't know what my brother will do, I just know things will become more hostile here and I'm considering whether I'll have to stay home or not. Any help at all?
