There's a lass at work that I like. We have an open plan office and she's the team leader of the next team along. I've only been there for a couple of weeks but I go to her for advice when my own TL is busy. Issue is when I go for advice it's when there's a customer on the phone and i'm not really able to chit chat. It'll be difficult to chat to her casually and get to know her in the office.
Simple question: Is there any way of pursuing this without potentially making things massively awkward?
