The kind of people who elongate certain words, notably those finishing in 's's or similar sounds.
Like if you ask someone to do something and they say "Can I not do it, pleaseeeeeeeeeeeeee".
It's really obnoxious and makes you come across as a ****ing retard. I thoroughly dislike them... even more than those who seem to always end their phrases with question marks...
