I nearly cheated on my boyfriend the other night...I definitely crossed some boundaries . I told my boyfriend straight away and he decided that I hadn't done enough that he had to dump me, but he was disappointed in me (and obviously felt betrayed).
I feel really conflicted, the guy I nearly cheated on him with is a friend and it would be weird to just never see him again (he's graduating and moving far, far away) especially as I said I'd definetly see him before his flight (yes that night I was completely not taking into account my boyfriend's feeling) .
Now I am taking my boyfriend's feelings into consideration , I don't want to make things worse and in ideal world I could see him in person to discuss it, but there isn't time for that. On the other hand, I kind of feel like I owe my friend closure as well.
How do I do talk to my boyfriend about this? Is there any chance he'd be okay with me saying goodbye or am I living in lala land?
