We got a new neighbor 1 month ago. She is separating from her husband from Alberta, in her late 50's I'd say but in fantastic shape, and she got a small dog.
Her smaller dog is extremely loud, barking and yipping so our entire complex can hear it. Hyper loud little dog.
She wasn't putting her dog on a leash and it was getting into our entire area and her neighboring area.
It would take a pee and poo and she would say, good girl, because her dog is amazing you see.
She got in trouble not having her dog on a leash and it running loose, so now its on a leash.
She is starting to keep her dog to her area but it still wanders into our area and her other neighbors area. She's either inside, or too busy outside on her cell or socializing and drinking wine with her friends.
One of our plants got urinated on and I had to replace it.
Another of our plants got chewed and snapped off the wooden stake that held it vertical. I fixed that too.
I installed a small metal fence around our plants and bushes so the dog can't wander and get into there anymore. All out of my pocket. Can't be her dog....
I bought an ultrasonic dog deterrent and a dog dazer II, both which the dog hears and moves away.
I even bought liquid dog deterrent (oil and red pepper based) to spray on areas as an invisible dog fence. Haven't used that yet.
Is there anything I can really do?
She seems nice to talk with but I'd say she's a clueless princess type of a woman.
And she likes to party hard, smoking, drinking, and some recreational drug use. She partied until 2am, all her friends drunk and stoned and got in trouble so now she's quiet by 10pm and goes out if she wants to party hard.
