Hi guys, just wondering if anyone has any advice about being tactful! My boyfriend is amazing; very sweet and giving and I love him to bits. He's always trying to make me laugh, and one way he does this is by doing an impression of a puppy/dog, being excited to see me/wagging his tail etc., and constantly referring to himself in the third person as 'puppy' and using a cute, babyish voice. This was sweet and funny at first, but tbh, we've been going out for more than 2 years, and I'm getting a little tired of it - it's becoming even more frequent, almost constant, and it's just a bit strange now! It makes the relationship feel very kiddy and I want a more grown-up relationship now. I can hardly feel sexy with someone who's constantly pretending to be a puppy! I think he's literally just got into the habit of it now and he hardly knows he's doing it anymore. How do I explain tactfully that it used to be cute but now it's just getting a bit odd...? Thanks for reading. :)
