One boob bigger than the other?

I know that people have much worse problems than this; but what can I do about having one boob bigger than the other? Does anyone else have this? I don't want to ask anyone I know, because it will be embrassing if they are all fine. :$ You can tell through my t-shirts if I wear I tight fitting top, so I have to use tissue and that makes it a bit better. I wear a 36D bra as well, so it isn't like my boobs aren't noticable. I've looked on the internet and people are much worse off than me, it's not any more than a cup size, but it is enough to make me feel so self concious all the time and like I have to hide. Any advice on what I can do so you can't tell as much? Thanks :(
