Should I get her a valentines day card???

Hey, there's a girl I like and I'm too nervous to talk to her. She's absolutely stunning and I've never spoken to her but we make eye contact quite a lot. I want to talk to her but it's intimidating. So should I get her a valentines day card instead? Would she find it nice? Or weird? I'm 18 btw
