I met this person during NCS in Summer last year. Being in my group, we got to know each other quite well. Since then we've been communicating intermittently over the internet. The last time, she initiated the chat. A few days later, when told I had no new year's eve plans, she invited me to go to her friends party, but I couldn't go. A few days into the new year I asked her to meet up because our facebook onversation was dying and I didn't want to lose her as a friend. She said it would be awkward. I then explained how I have no real close friends in school and my social life has got real non-existant since the start of sixth form and that was more awkward and I said she doesn't have to feel sorry for me and try to maintain our dead friendship and she said "ok". I also told her I was really attracted to her (she knew I had on her during NCS tho) and it would be best if we didn't talk bc it would be uneasy and weird. Now, a few weeks later, she just asked me if I want to meet up. Does she feel sorry for my non-existant social life, or is this a genuine request?
Put the internet to work for you.
