There's this one guy I've been talking to and constantly says we should meet up etc and when you actually ask him to meet up etc there's no answer he'll put some funny answer or put a face.
The problem I have is that we'll go a week without speaking then boom he'll message me on whatsapp says, he wants cuddles etc. The thing is he always messages me first and starts convo but nothing is ever done in trying to meet up or what not. Should I just forget about him and ignore him when he messages? or just wait to see if he actually wants to meet up?
