Girls are only after one thing. Money. Do a course that will make you money.

I graduated 5 years ago with a physics degree(2:1) from a respectable university. At uni I had a few 'encounters' with girls and I thought after I got my degree and I was in a good job, I'd be able to find a girl to settle down with. This has not been the case for me, or a number of my friends.
Firstly, I get paid peanuts ~30k and I get treated like **** by my bosses. I work 9-7 most days in an office job and Im surrounded by people who have the same job as me, yet their credentials aren't comparable for the most part.
Secondly, EVERY SINGLE person who I knew studying dentistry/medicine has a girlfriend who they met after university. None of them were attractive and most of them were relatively boring. How did they get girlfriends? (who are much better looking btw)
MONEY AND STATUS
The dentists I know are up and running NHS associates raking in around ~60k(some 70k) for a 9-5 job. They dont have bosses(didnt know that dentists are self employed before). Also, they're all looking to do speciality training whilst working.
The doctors I know aren't earning as much right now but 100% will be in the future and they're all deciding/doing their specialities.

By the time im on 60k i might be around 40 years old. Yet my a levels were just as high, my course was just as hard and I dont get nearly as much status as a doctor or a dentist. It may not be like this at your age BUT BELIEVE ME at my age, girls are looking for money, status and stability in a husband.
