Probably more applicable to those in longer term relationships, but say you were with someone for a long time, deeply in love and wanted to spend the rest of your life with them. Then they got ill, and shortly before death asked that you don't date anyone else as they want to live on in your memory and be the only one for you. Would you accept this, or would you find it acceptable to move on?
