When a PA happens with a co-worker, it is found out, there is full disclosure, both co-workers are exposed, it is cut off no contact but you have to continue to work with the person and you can't quit for a number of reasons, what is the best way to handle it?
1) completely ignore - no eye contact ever, short single responses to work issues when you have to, walk away when they come around to groups etc.
2) do #1 when individual but when in groups respond but give no emotional feedback and keep responses short
3) do not give it any power, act like nothing ever occurred, provide no emotional feedback in group and individual settings do not allow co-worker to engage on any level except work
