My wife loves baking and she does breads, pizzas, cakes, etc. and of course other meat recipes.
We're now using a convection 53L oven that has 3 racks but as per what she's saying, its temperature does not seems right (not hot enough or it takes more time to get there than expected)...
So I am looking for a new one (maybe larger). Not a high-end professional that costs a fortune but it should meet her heavy usages :)
Would appreciate any suggestion you might have.
