So this may seem quite confusing to tell but I've liked this guy for over a year now and he constantly looks at me and whispers to his friends about me - which i don't appreciate because they make me feel uncomfortable. But the problem is i really like him and i don't know what to do, before you say tell him the problem is before i tell him i like him i would love to get to know him. we have several classes together but we are always so awkward around each other. when i see him i get annoyed because i want to tell him but i can't. i have many friends that are guys that i can talk to fine, but when i'm around him i just can't speak. what also doesn't help is he's quite a shy person, any advice would be helpful, but i guess the main point of me writing this was to vent my frustrations!
