The electorate in Switzerland is apparently voting on a law that will limit the pay of top bosses to no more than 12 times that of their companies lowest paid worker.
This would limit bosses pay to 12 times the pay of an entry level FTE (full time equivalent) excluding "trainees / apprentices".
Do you think this will go through?
Would it work in the company you work for?
Would it work in your country?
