My ex is being weird - advice?

My ex-boyfriend and I are still in contact and are still friends but Im really confused about where we stand at the moment. We talk all the time on facebook and have met up for drinks several times. All that was fine until last night when he came round to mine and we both got drunk and we slept in the same bed together. While we were in bed he kept putting his arms round me saying he just wanted to give me a cuddle which I thought was weird because we had both sobered up by this point and dont show any physical affection since we broke up a year ago --- he was also saying it in his 'flirting' voice. He has a girlfriend so this seems very inappropriate to me and Im sure he hasnt told her about it. Is this inappropraite or am I making a mountain out of a molehill?
