Hello,
I know TSR isn't the best place to seek advice, but I'm upset and could do with some people to chat to.
Basically, I received a torrent of messages and adds on Facebook earlier, alerting me (mainly in disgustingly pornographic language and sending me copies of the images) to the fact that nudes images of me have been uploaded to a revenge porn website without my permission or knowledge.
I am actually underage in the images (taken years ago without my knowledge via screenshots) - I was young and foolish, and though I blame myself to an extent, I trusted the person involved and would never have thought that 6 years later they'd emerge.
The website also linked the images to my Facebook profile, giving my real name.
What from a legal point of view can I do?
There is NO way to contact the admins of the website, and I imagine they'd delight in girls asking for their images to be removed, and simply block their ISP address.
The images were uploaded yesterday by someone pretending to be me.
Is it possible to report them for hosting child pornography? And to who/how would I report it?
Serious answers only please. I'm a Masters student at a prestigious university, and my chosen career path will involve a great deal of social media use, I really need these images removing, as it's likely to impede any chance of me getting a job if they're found by potential employers.
