I'm part way through my 2nd and last term of my first year at uni, and I feel like I should have a wider circle of friends. I want to make more friends on my course, but everyone already has existing groups in lectures that they sit in. I'm friendly with people in my seminars but I'm not sure how to take those friendships further. I'm already involved in a few societies, but they mainly consist of my existing friends and 2nd/3rd years. I feel like it's a bit too late to join any more this term.
