Can a married man with children just do as he pleases?

Well some of you said they noticed I tried to change some things my husband does. Yes, I do.

Now here is what I do not understand:
When I married and had children I changed my behaviours too.
I moved, I stopped working in my old job, gave up hobbies, gave up traveling and gave up habits that are not healthy.

My husband changed some things but by far not so many.

Now people say I cannot aks my husband to change things he does not want to change. Yet a woman who marries and becomes a mother automatically changes so many things and can never say "You cannot ask me to do that".

I think it would be only just and fair if the married man would be held to the same standards than the married women.

I don't want to discuss my husband and me in this thread but rather would like to have a general discuss:

Do you think the married man should have the same responsibilities as the married women and if not, why not?
