So I was broken up with yesterday by my girlfriend of only about a month. She did it over text (though the circumstances were a bit difficult so I'm not really bothered about that), but she used the good old, "...I don't have time for a relationship right now..." She ended the text though by saying, "Maybe in the future when I've got a different job." (It was the job that was the 'problem', she worked typically 6am - 10pm 6 days a week.)
Have you ever used that last line, and if you have did you actually mean it or is it just something people say to maybe make themselves feel a bit better? I'm trying to figure out if I did something wrong in that month or she genuinely just doesn't want any other commitments right now, which I completely understand.
Put the internet to work for you.
