My ex bf broke up with me a year ago.
but recently I've come to question him and how he's acting.
normally i don't bother looking into his actions since we broke up,because there was no point really.. being as he didnt speak to me or 2 months after the break, but since christmas he's been speaking to me more and wanting to see me.
He has a long distance girlfriend who he's been with since april of last year. -I think-
But i saw him new years and he made it out as if they broke up and that it just didn't work out and was saying some negative things about their relationship. which did confuse me that day.
but now they've seemed to either got back together or they just had space.
but what i'm mainly confused with is, that i saw him new years and had a catch up about each other, uni lol
and he also randomly spoke to me on the 20th of this month wanting my number as he lost it and to talk to me about some friend problem -mainly wanted someone to talk too- being as i was always there for him when together and before..
but He messaged me last night asking if i wanted to come round over this weekend and watch a film and catch up -even though i saw him new years-.
i said to him i'll think about it, or if any better we could go for a drink somewhere if you need to talk to me.
but he said he don't have money for that.
it just seems as though he wants someone to talk too, company or for some other reason i dont really know..
it feels really weird as i think he still has a girlfriend, and even though me and him broke on good terms -he broke up with me, but understood why-. i dont want to find out they are together and her to think anything of it if she finds out even though nothing would happen in that way.
and in general going round his feels weird being as i havent gone round or seen his family in ages and think they might also find it odd.
I dont mind being his friend and being there for him. which i know a lot of you wouldn't do with ex's or disagree with me, but being as was was friend before we went out and uni was the main reason we broke up.
I dont actually mind being just friends because my uni work is more important to me, so i don't have time to just speak or spend every second on someone anymore, but like i said i'm confused on his actions and its been ages since i've questioned him.
why could he be doing this and talking more after so long? :/ what should i do?
