| Hi Everyone, I need some advice so thanks in advance to anyone reading my post - I'll start with a little background story. I'm twenty four and met Jane who is twenty three around five months ago, since our first date we have been taking the courtship period quite slowly. We have been meeting once a week and average date time around three hours. I keep contact in between dates to a minimum, so usually I'll call for a few minutes to setup the proceeding date. The dates are always fun, I keep them light and funny and I always keep Jane laughing. I can tell that Jane likes me to a certain degree, she always initiates touching, she has bought me gifts, asked about going on holiday together and it's usually Jane that leans in at the end of the date to kiss. On the flip side Jane also talks about maybe moving country after finishing her masters degree. Over the five months of dating I've grown strong feeling for Jane and want to take the relationship to the next level. In the past it's always the girl who has asked where the relationship is going, so my questions are - why hasen't Jane not asked me to be her boyfriend yet? Should I be the one to ask? I would really hate to come across needy, or to seem like I'm trying to rush into a relationship with her. | |||
