does she like me?

anon or delete please, it's a little weird (a little)

so she is my younger sister's friend and i dont know if she is just joking around, or she actually likes me

so here are the reasons i think she likes me:
1. she always comes up to me and strokes me (i know very weird)
2. rather than phone my sister on her mobile phone, she will phone the house phone, which i could pick up. i overheard my sister point this out to her, and she was just silent
3. whenever she is around at the house, she will often come to me and just talk or flirt. the best example of her flirting is taking my xbox controller and hiding it, and then refusing to give it to me unless i said i loved her infront of her friends. then she would hold my hand and pull me to her friends so i could say that. later, her and two friends were just tickling me for like 5 mins (very annoying) when my sister told them i am very ticklish.

and then with the talking to me, she has 3-4 times just left her friends and went over to me to talk for like 5 mins

4. she always smiles at me (okay i know not the best reason)
5. she always makes excuses to go over to me

reasons i dont think she likes me:

1. she could just be messing around, impressing her friends
2. she started a facebook conversation, and finished it
3. i started a facebook conversation, and she finished it
