I wanted a companion, a best friend for life.
I've been married for almost 18 years and I don't do anything together with my husband. We just co-exist together with our children.
A normal day for me:
My husband gets home from work, and just walks in, sits down and says nothing.
An hour later he says "well I'm going to check on the cows" (farmer)
When he gets back, most days he will ask "whats for dinner"
Then he says "night night, I'm going to bed" (he works 3rd shift)
He get up later that evening before the kids go to bed and says nothing. I then go to bed, and say nothing.
I have a great life with my kids, I have four, they are my best friends and we do everything together without my husband and their father.
Don't know what to do, I don't think he likes me. He is definitely not interested in me. I feel like I'm an ok looking woman, NO Miss America.
Oh, I had a birthday last week. I said to my husband, today is my birthday. He said "I forgot" "Happy Birthday".
