I dated this guy last summer at first it was nice, then after a while he started to piss me off. I actually made a post about the things he would say that would knock my confidence and he was quite immature for his age. He said it was him joking around but if you were there you would understand. I literally stopped talking to him one day when we went out cos I couldn't take it anymore, after attempting to solve the issue. We didn't speak for 8 months straight. I refused to make any contact with him.
So out of nowhere he messages me to say hi, the day after I deleted his number coincidently and we gradually started speaking. Not regularly though, I messaged him today to ask him a question about fitness. He then out of nowhere said he did really like me and found it difficult because he is an affectionate person. I am the complete opposite so he felt like he was pushing me. I told him that all he had to do is talk to me and I didn't like the way he treated me. He apologised and said he missed me.
It seemed like it was genuine. I mean I'm over what happened I just needed answers really. It doesn't excuse the way he was with me though. Does it sound like his apology is reasonable?
