Strange dream about this girl, what do you reckon?

I had a strange dream the other night and it's been playing on mind ever since. I know dreams are dreams and, in most cases, don't mean too much. However, I would like to see what people's thoughts are .... I'm quite good friends with this girl, not best friends or anything. You could say she's part of my circle of friends. Nothing romantic has happened between the two of us. In fact, she and I were with different people when we first met. She is really nice though, pretty and great fun to be around. The only thing is she can be a bit childish, as in have tantrums (I'm not kidding!) and slightly immature at times. I don't hold that against her, but just saying that she, like all other people, has good and bad points. At the moment, we're at different universities and hardly see each other. We chat occasionally on facebook, meet maybe for each others' birthdays or around the holidays. Christmas break was when I saw her last; I spent a day with her at her family house. A couple of night's back, I dreamt that she had fallen head over heels for one of my good mates. He too was really keen on her in the dream and though they live quite far apart, they were hell bent on making it work. This is where I enter the dream: she was asking me how to impress my friend, and the guy was asking me what he could do to make sure they meet as often as possible. Basically, in short, I became the middle man. The dream continued, she wanted to move in with him so they could be together and they happened to make this amazing couple. I woke up quite confused, a bit jealous (if that's the right word), bit upset and also slightly angry. I have no idea why I had this dream or why it should affect me this much. I don't think I've fancied her for the time I've known her. I don't know about her and how she has felt or feels now. What do you people think ..... do you reckon its just a dream or is there anything more to it? Or can anyone relate? Thanks in advance for any responses! :)
