So H's father who is 83 lives out in the country on about 10 acres of land on an old run down trailer. He likes it..he builds sheds under the table and sells them to folks for about $4,000.00 each. THe land is in H and his brothers names though and FIL is listed as an occupant.
His property looks like a junk yard so the county has sent him letters telling him to clean it up...most recently they have given him 3 months to do it or they will come in and clean it up for him.
This pisses me off that the guy can't live decently and at least keep his property somewhat clean according to county rules. Plus the land is in the boys names and it is like he does not give a ****...so they are involved somewhat.
H and I have had arguments about this but H is so defensive of his dad that it does me no good to say anything...just leads to fights.
How would you handle this? Just be quiet and not waste energy or time fretting about it.....
