What were the annoying traits of the BS that made cheating an option?

I think we post a lot about character traits of mostly WSs, but have heard very little from WSs about the traits of BSs. I wanted to ask WSs if there were any good qualities in their BS and what were those that made cheating a viable option. For eg.: If reliability was a BS trait, did the BS's predictability allow meet-ups with the AP to be more accessible? Was there an internal knowledge that if things didn't work out with the AP, the BS would always take you back? Was your BS devalued to a level of "default" or "floater" while the affair went on? Just food for thought and for self-discovery.
