Hey, me and my girlfriend have been going out for quite a while now, she's 16 and I'm 18. But this week she came home with a love bite, tried to cover it up with a scarf and her mum finally found out, grabbed her, checked for marks on her body and saw it.
She then threatened to call the police on me and wanted to speak to me, quoting the "child protection" act, saying it's physical abuse to give someone a love bite, despite it being consensual and her mum coming in with love bites every so often. I know she might just be being protective, but can she really call the police, can anything happen, any advice to what to do, since her mum is always having some sort of objections. !! Thanks.
